The Workplace Relations Commission found three complaints by Andrii Stryzhakov not well founded after ruling that the complaint form had not properly identified a respondent. The decision was dated 26 September 2025. Stryzhakov said he had done internal construction work in Limerick and was owed about €3,000. He said he expected an employment relationship to develop. The owner of the public house identified in the complaint denied knowing him or that he had worked for him. The adjudicator found that the person who paid for the work was not established to have been Stryzhakov’s employer. As no respondent had been identified on the form or accepted the proceedings, all three complaints—one about employment terms and two about wages—were found not well founded.
