WRC rejects six complaints by InisCare worker

The Workplace Relations Commission found six complaints by Dusan Klika against InisCare Limited not well founded in a decision dated 9 January 2026. Klika alleged excessive hours, missed breaks and penalisation for raising workplace concerns; InisCare denied the claims. The WRC found no unlawful wage deductions, breach of working-time rules or penalisation. It also found that InisCare had paid three weeks of discretionary sick pay and that Klika had no contractual entitlement to more. The WRC found the written-terms complaint was brought outside the time limit and was not well founded; the merits were not decided.
