The Labour Court has affirmed a decision rejecting Noelia Ramiro Costa’s complaint against Goelite Education Ltd for unpaid overtime and reimbursement for return flights to Spain. The decision was signed on 24 September 2026. Ramiro Costa said she was owed overtime and reimbursement for Christmas 2024 flights under a contractual travel benefit. The company disputed that the overtime was required or authorised, and said the flights were booked after her employment ended. The Court found neither claim was properly payable under her employment contract.
