The Workplace Relations Commission awarded painter Anderson Andre Ludwig €1,326.22 in compensation for unpaid wages and annual leave. The decision was dated 8 January 2026. Ludwig said two weeks’ wages and five days of annual leave remained unpaid after Christmas leave in 2024. Adrian Searles Painting Limited did not attend the hearing. The adjudication officer proceeded after finding the company had notice of the hearing and had provided no reason for its postponement request.
