The Workplace Relations Commission found two complaints by Mihaly Lengyel against Limerick Dental Company Limited well founded and awarded €632 for annual leave and €527 for public holidays. A separate payment of wages complaint was withdrawn. In a decision dated 29 September 2026, WRC Adjudication Officer Louise Boyle said the company had confirmed that six days of annual leave were owed. Lengyel also claimed five public holidays accrued during layoff. The respondent did not attend; Boyle said she was satisfied it had been notified and that the business appeared no longer to operate.
