Cesonis alleged that his terms and conditions were not properly ensured or conveyed when his employment transferred to Martin Ryan Haulage Limited. The company did not file a defence or attend the hearing. The officer found the transfer occurred in June 2024 and that the delay in lodging the complaints had not been adequately explained.
