WRC rejects five complaints against Duffmin Limited

The Workplace Relations Commission declared all five complaints by Joanne Fleming against Duffmin Limited not well founded. They alleged failures to inform employee representatives about a business transfer, constructive dismissal, unpaid annual leave and failure to provide written employment terms. At the hearing, Fleming’s representative accepted Duffmin was not her employer at the relevant time and said she had no claims against it. The adjudicator also found both transfer complaints were out of time.
