Labour Court sets aside Cairde Credit Union appeal decision by agreement

The Labour Court allowed Cairde Credit Union Ltd’s appeal by agreement and set aside the adjudication officer’s decision on Kathy Coleman’s complaint under transfer of undertakings rules. The decision was signed on 29 June 2026. The adjudication officer had upheld Coleman’s complaint under Regulation 4 but made no compensation award. The Court was told the matter had been compromised, and later learned the agreement had been fully executed.
