WRC rejects OCS worker’s unfair dismissal claim

The Workplace Relations Commission has rejected Mr Victor Veliksar’s unfair dismissal complaint against Ocs (One Complete Solution Limited), finding his dismissal for gross misconduct was within the range of reasonableness. The decision was dated 2 September 2026. Veliksar denied pushing a supervisor during a storeroom confrontation and argued that the investigation and appeal were flawed. OCS said it followed an independent investigation and fair disciplinary process. The adjudication officer found a full and fair process had been followed and found the dismissal was not unfair. No redress was recorded.
