The Workplace Relations Commission found Simon Edwards’s three complaints against Conor Cassidy Cars not well-founded after he did not attend the hearing. The decision was dated 31 October 2025. Edwards had brought complaints under minimum-wage, terms-of-employment and employment-equality laws. The WRC said he had been notified of the hearing, had not sought an adjournment and gave no explanation for his absence. It also found no discrimination in the equality complaint.
