The Workplace Relations Commission found Liga Sediha’s sick-pay complaint against Aramark not well-founded after she did not attend the hearing. The decision was dated 31 October 2025. Sediha alleged she had not received her full statutory sick-pay entitlement. Aramark said she had no further entitlement under the Sick Leave Act; it had reviewed her case and paid for three statutory sick-leave days on 10 April 2025. The WRC said she had been informed in writing of the hearing arrangements and determined she had no entitlement to the claims pursued at the hearing.
