The Workplace Relations Commission made no award after rejecting Desiree Goncalves’s five complaints against Valshan Unlimited, including claims of discrimination, harassment, victimisation, unequal pay and breaches of employment information rules. Adjudication Officer Patsy Doyle’s decision is dated 11 December 2025. Goncalves alleged discrimination and victimisation connected with workplace treatment and an investigation, said she was denied equal pay, and complained that the company did not respond to a request for more predictable working conditions and penalised her for exercising statutory rights. Valshan Unlimited denied the claims. Doyle found the equality, harassment and equal-pay complaints were not well founded; the two Terms of Employment complaints were dismissed as vexatious.
