The Labour Court affirmed the decision rejecting Robert Mc Gee’s complaint about fortnightly payslips from the Health Service Executive. The determination was dated 18 October 2018. Mc Gee appealed after his employment transferred by agreement from Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital Drogheda in 2015. The Court found that he raised no issue relevant to its jurisdiction under the Terms of Employment (Information) Act 1994 and held that his appeal was not well founded.
