The Labour Court recommended that Moy Insulation Limited and the Amalgamated Transport and General Workers Union seek help from the Irish Productivity Centre to study the job and establish proper staffing levels. The dispute concerned the redundancy of four operators. The recommendation was signed on 20 February 1992.
