The Workplace Relations Commission rejected Rodrigo García Cruz’s complaint that Ryanair DAC failed to provide written notice of changed employment terms after his demotion and salary reduction. Adjudication Officer Catherine Byrne dated the decision 1 May 2026. The WRC found that he received a letter notifying him of the changed role on 27 February 2025 and another confirming his salary on 11 April. It concluded the company had complied with the law on communicating changes to employment terms.
