Imrich Ferko alleged that Beyond Reach Limited trading as Car Wash Crew gave him written employment terms about a year after he started work. The Workplace Relations Commission accepted the company’s evidence that it provided a contract during induction, within days of his start. It found the company had met its duty to provide written terms, whether or not Ferko signed the contract, and rejected his complaint. No award was recorded.
