The Workplace Relations Commission awarded former Nenagh Golf Club greenskeeper Enda Mulcahy €610 after finding the club failed to provide written employment terms. The decision, by Adjudication Officer Gaye Cunningham, was dated 2 May 2025. Mulcahy also complained of less favourable treatment as a part-time worker and constructive dismissal. The club denied unfair treatment. The WRC rejected both complaints, finding the constructive-dismissal claim was not established.
