WRC finds four Cristina Alina Cocis complaints well founded

The Workplace Relations Commission found four complaints by Cristina Alina Cocis against Key Waste Management 2 Limited well founded in a decision dated 3 October 2025. Two concerned missing written employment terms: core terms and a full statement. The adjudicator awarded €665 compensation for those complaints, with the award covering both. The other complaints concerned holiday pay. Cocis said her public-holiday pay reflected fewer hours than she worked, and that she was paid eight hours for a bank holiday despite working a nine-and-a-half-hour day. The respondent said it had offered arrears. The adjudicator found the holiday complaints well founded, awarded €150 compensation across them, and said the offered arrears should be paid subject to clarification of carry-over days; the payments might already have been made.
