The Workplace Relations Commission found Florin Ionut Uscatu’s complaint against Donnelly Engineering Services Limited not well founded after he failed to attend the hearing. Adjudication Officer Catherine Byrne’s decision was dated 24 February 2025. Uscatu’s complaint was under the Terms of Employment (Information) Act 1994. The company told the WRC that he worked as a contract electrician on a project in France and was paid €28 an hour. The adjudicator said she could not proceed with the investigation in his absence.
