The Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) found Bienvenido Morales Box’s complaint against Abc Living over his final wages was not well founded. In a decision dated 24 February 2025, the adjudication officer found that no unlawful deduction had been made. Morales Box said his August 2024 final wages had been withheld. Abc Living attributed an overpayment of €2,562 to a payroll error, but said the payroll consultants agreed to repay it and that it was not deducted from his final pay. The officer found Morales Box received the wages due, including €1,615.39 in final wages and €438.39 commission.
