The Workplace Relations Commission found four complaints by Orla Cloughley against Donaghy Leisure Limited not well founded after she did not attend a reconvened hearing and no evidence was presented. The decision was dated 12 February 2025. The complaints concerned maternity protection, minimum notice and two working-time matters. The WRC said both parties had notice of the hearing; Cloughley told it at the scheduled start that she was at work and asked to reschedule. Donaghy Leisure Limited also did not attend. No award was recorded.
