WRC declines jurisdiction over 12 complaints against Dreame Technology

The Workplace Relations Commission declined jurisdiction over 12 complaints brought by Tommi Wong against Dreame Technology Netherlands B.V. The decision was dated 2 July 2026. The adjudicator said the respondent in three related cases was Wong’s employer, so the complaints in this case could not proceed against Dreame. The complaints covered employment terms, equality, parental and parent’s leave, workplace safety, working time and the Charities Act. The merits were not decided.
