Adjudication officer Penelope McGrath found the written-terms, unfair-dismissal and parental-leave complaints were out of time and that she lacked jurisdiction to consider their merits. Kelleher alleged constructive dismissal and claimed redundancy; the company rejected his claims and asked for time limits to be decided first. His industrial-relations dispute was withdrawn, and the redundancy claim was rejected because no redundancy situation arose. No award was recorded.
