The Workplace Relations Commission dismissed eight complaints brought by labourer Lucian Liviu Ionut after he failed to attend his hearing. The decision, dated 31 August 2023, said he had been notified of the hearing and dismissed the complaints for want of prosecution. The complaints concerned employment terms, sectoral employment order terms, working time, wages and minimum notice. The decision said the complaints were not well founded, but because Ionut did not attend to present his case, the merits were not decided.
