The Workplace Relations Commission awarded Stephanie Murphy €522 for Kingdom Cleaning Services Group’s failure to provide written amended employment terms and a further €522 for inadequate notice. Adjudication officer Conor Stokes dated the decision 13 January 2025. Murphy said she was unfairly dismissed and had not received equal pay. The WRC rejected those complaints, finding the dismissal was not unfair and that no valid pay comparators were named. It also rejected or found misconceived her complaints about her original written terms, road transport rules, an employment regulation order and fixed-term work.
