The Workplace Relations Commission ruled that Claire Kelly’s complaints against Tesco Ireland Limited were out of time and that it had no jurisdiction to hear them. Adjudication officer Seamus Clinton dated the decision 13 January 2025. Kelly alleged disability discrimination, failure to provide reasonable accommodation and victimisation after workplace roster and grievance issues. Tesco denied the claims and argued they were out of time. The WRC did not hear the substantive complaints.
