The Workplace Relations Commission found Nora Rahill’s two complaints against Grangegorman Development Agency not well founded in a decision dated 13 January 2025. No compensation or other award was recorded. Rahill alleged she was paid less than male comparators for equal work and claimed gender discrimination over promotion and working conditions, victimisation and harassment. The agency denied the claims and disputed that the comparators did like work. The WRC rejected both complaints.
