The decision, dated 19 January 2023, concerned her work as a contract cleaner at an HSE site in Dundalk. Emerald Contract Cleaners t/a Emerald Facility Services denied dismissing Bradley and said it offered her work at another site. The adjudication officer found the company had not done everything it could to address the injustice after the HSE sought her removal from its site. The officer said the allegations against Bradley had been accepted without giving her an opportunity to respond. Bradley had no financial loss, limiting compensation to up to four weeks’ remuneration.
