The Workplace Relations Commission found a car cleaner’s complaint about changes to his contract not well founded, saying he provided no evidence that the contract had changed. The decision was dated 20 March 2017. He also raised unpaid holiday pay and overtime, but the adjudicator said those claims should have been brought under different Acts.
