In 1993, the Labour Court rejected a worker’s appeal and upheld a Rights Commissioner’s recommendation that he accept the existing roster for overtime work on the Wexford/Rosslare route. The decision was dated 28 September 1993. The worker considered the roster unfair. Bus Eireann said it had been agreed with the unions and that Waterford drivers had traditionally done the work because it was in the Waterford district.
