Labour Court upholds Dangan Group decision in terms-of-employment appeal

The Labour Court dismissed Gheorghe Daniel Marcu’s appeal and upheld the finding that his complaint against Dangan Group was not well founded. The determination was signed on 15 February 2023. Marcu said he was not told in writing that a disputed task had become part of his terms after he transferred to the company. Dangan Group said the task was already included among the duties for his role. The Court found the task was already on the duties list and that Marcu had not identified a change to his written employment particulars. His appeal failed.
