The Labour Court directed Paul Tully t/a Tully’s Hotel to pay Claudine Campbell €32,981 under an earlier Rights Commissioner decision that had not been carried out. The determination was dated 18 July 2016.
Campbell complained that her former employer had failed to implement decision r-154740-mw-15. The Labour Court noted that the decision had not been appealed within the time limit and had not been carried out. Campbell had worked for Tully’s Hotel in Castlerea, Co Roscommon.
