The Labour Court recommended a €1,000 tax-free voucher and a 3.75% pay rise for 30 General Operatives at Glenpatrick Spring Water Limited. The recommendation, dated 4 March 2025, addresses the workers’ pay claim and a proposed shift change.
The Court recommended the voucher in full and final settlement of the 2024 pay claim, and a 3.75% rise for 2025, backdated to 1 January. It also recommended that the parties engage in good faith about the company’s proposed four-cycle shift arrangement. The workers were represented by SIPTU.
