WRC rejects six employment complaints against Test Triangle

A Workplace Relations Commission adjudication officer found all six complaints by Soumitra Mondal against Test Triangle not well founded. The decision was dated 15 June 2026. Mondal alleged failures over written employment terms and wages, less favourable fixed-term treatment, working-time arrangements and penalisation. The officer found that employment had not commenced: no revised start date was agreed, no work was performed, and Mondal was not ready and available on an agreed start date. The statutory protections he relied on therefore did not arise. No award was recorded.
