The Workplace Relations Commission ordered Samedhy Ltd t/a Cedars Beauty Clinic to pay former assistant manager Georgiana Tudor €1,502.54 after finding it failed to provide written employment terms during her more than four years with the business. The decision was dated 20 August 2026. Tudor said the absence of written terms left her without a reference when her working arrangements changed. The company accepted that no contract had been issued, attributing this to administrative oversight. The WRC found the complaint well founded and said the breach caused uncertainty about the terms governing her employment.
