The Workplace Relations Commission dismissed nine complaints by Jana Gogova against Homefare Services Unlimited Company after finding she had not shown reasonable cause for filing them late. Adjudication Officer Penelope McGrath’s decision was dated 16 September 2026. The complaints concerned minimum wage, wages, working time, employment information, equality and pensions. Homefare argued they were lodged more than six months after Gogova’s employment ended. She sought an extension, saying she had awaited a grievance process; she also acknowledged knowing the time limit and having contacted the WRC before her employment ended. The WRC found all nine complaints out of time; no monetary award was recorded.
