The Workplace Relations Commission rejected Krzysztof Stojek’s Payment of Wages complaint against DHL Supply Chain Ireland Limited. He alleged an unlawful deduction after his pay changed from a 48-hour weekly basis to hours worked. Stojek said he had asked to limit shifts to 10 hours but had not agreed to a reduction in his 48-hour contractual pay basis. DHL said he voluntarily reduced his working week to 40 hours and was paid for the hours worked at his hourly rate. The adjudication officer found Stojek had requested the reduction and was paid hourly on that basis; the complaint could not succeed. The decision was dated 2 June 2026.
