Adjudication Officer Valerie Murtagh dated the decision 7 January 2026. The company said it withheld payment until O Hanrahan provided electrical qualification documents. The adjudicator found his evidence credible, his former colleague’s corroboration persuasive and the company’s evidence unconvincing.
