Perwaiz said he received no contract, Sunday premium or payment for accrued annual leave. The restaurant accepted that it had not provided a written contract, but said his terms were known and that a €1,500 final payment exceeded his outstanding entitlements. The WRC also rejected the annual leave complaint, finding that the final payment covered his accrued entitlement.
