The Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) ordered Air Force H&V to pay Gareth Marshall €3,100 after upholding his complaint over unpaid wages and annual leave. In a decision dated 9 March 2026, adjudication officer Pat Brady preferred Marshall’s sworn evidence over the liquidator’s assertion that he had been paid. Marshall said he was owed three weeks’ wages and payment for six days of untaken annual leave. Air Force H&V did not attend the hearing.
