The Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) found Soyeon Kim’s Payment of Wages complaint against Bibi's Restaurant was not well founded. In a decision dated 9 March 2026, adjudication officer Breiffni O'Neill said a further €300 payment Kim accepted receiving covered the €176 shortfall she claimed. Kim said she was due €476 for her final week but initially received €300, and that the amount paid did not match her payslip. The restaurant said the later payment was a goodwill gesture; it did not attend the hearing.
