The Workplace Relations Commission dismissed Martin Kenny's €550 wages claim against Ata Group Ata Group as not well founded. The decision was dated 4 February 2026. Kenny argued that his hourly rate should have included a 15% shift allowance on top of the increased national minimum wage, and also queried his overtime pay. The company said his hourly rate included the shift allowance and that overtime was paid at contractual rates. The adjudication officer found no illegal deduction and no evidence of unpaid overtime.
