The Workplace Relations Commission partly upheld Colin Kelly’s Payment of Wages complaint against Gyrogy Ltd, directing the company to pay him €73,589.75 gross. The decision was dated 23 April 2026.
Kelly said his agreed annual salary was €225,000; Gyrogy Ltd maintained it was €200,000 and that Kelly had reduced it to €150,000. The adjudication officer found the salary was €200,000, rejected both the claimed increase and the company’s claim of a voluntary reduction, and found no wages were due for days Kelly did not work. The award covered unpaid wages from November 2024 to February 2025 and one day a week from March to April 2025.
