The Workplace Relations Commission found Emer Keenan’s complaint against Prosper Fingal CLG not well founded in a decision dated 28 November 2025. She alleged the organisation failed to notify her in writing of a change to her employment terms after a meeting where, she said, an offer was made to restore her working hours. Prosper Fingal disputed making that offer. The adjudication officer could not resolve the parties’ conflicting accounts of the meeting, but found no change to Keenan’s employment terms had occurred, so no written notification duty arose. A duplicate complaint was withdrawn at the hearing.
