The Workplace Relations Commission directed Super Streaming Tech Limited to pay Adam John Mc Donagh €10,002 after upholding his complaint that an investment milestone bonus was not paid. Adjudication Officer David James Murphy dated the decision 31 October 2025.
Mc Donagh said the contract entitled him to three payments of €3,334 after the company received €500,000 in third-party investment, and that the threshold was reached in 2024. The company did not attend the hearing or provide a reason for non-payment. The WRC found the sum properly payable and unpaid.
