WRC rejects six employment complaints after worker misses hearing

The Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) found six complaints by Mihaela Gabriela Vizitiu against Alexandru Vasilica t/a Enache Quality Cleaning Solution not well-founded. Adjudication Officer Penelope McGrath dated the decision 5 September 2025. The claims concerned employment terms, contract-cleaning pay, wages, annual leave, public holidays and weekly hours. The officer found that Vizitiu did not attend or give oral evidence to substantiate them. The respondent also did not attend; the officer was satisfied both parties had been notified of the hearing.
