Vaicikauskas said he received no written terms and was not paid his final week’s wages. The adjudicator upheld both complaints, relying on evidence that the employer had not provided written terms within the statutory period and that €763.80 in wages remained unpaid. FixMyPC Limited did not appear at the hearing. A separate redundancy complaint was withdrawn.
