The Workplace Relations Commission upheld three complaints by Gustavo Mosqueda against Donuts C&B Limited t/a The Hot Donut, ordering payments of €504 for unpaid wages, €420 for accrued leave and €1,008 for lack of notice. The decision was dated 3 November 2025. Mosqueda said his final week’s wages and 30 hours of accrued leave were unpaid, and that his employment ended abruptly when the premises closed. The respondent did not attend the hearing. The officer found he was entitled to two weeks’ notice.
