The Workplace Relations Commission closed its investigation after Chloe Long did not attend a hearing about her complaints against Harkins Bar & Bistro. Adjudication Officer Catherine Byrne dated the decision 28 July 2025. The complaints concerned an employment-terms statement, working time in mobile road transport and alleged discrimination. The WRC found the first two complaints not well founded and decided against Long on the discrimination complaint, after finding she had no reasonable explanation for missing the hearing and presented no supporting evidence.
