WRC dismisses Malena Cirico Aranda’s discriminatory dismissal complaint after non-attendance

The Workplace Relations Commission dismissed Malena Cirico Aranda’s complaint alleging that Blue Saffron Trading As Dangan Group dismissed her for a discriminatory reason. Adjudication officer Monica Brennan said the complaint was not well founded in the absence of direct evidence. The decision was dated 28 July 2025; it records no award. Aranda did not attend the hearing or send a representative, although the officer verified she had been notified and waited 20 minutes.
